Started in Quebec in 1992, the Économusée program provides visitors with the opportunity to see local artisans and craftspeople at work using traditional methods to create their products. As of early 2020, Northern Ireland’s Causeway Coast and Glens have 10 such makers involved in the program, with more being added every year.
